We are seeking a legal secretary with a backgrond in IP litigation. Ideal candidate will have worked in a law firm or in-house legal wroking environment supporting senior attorneys. Duties will include typing up of all legal documents, pleadings, e-filing in federal, state and district courts, must be proficient in trial proceedings and court requirements. Other tasks will include entering attorney time, maintaining calendar for due dates, taking direction from attorneys and paralegals, client contact, processing expense reports and other day to day requests that arise.
MS Office, iManage, document management software, calendaring/docket, typing 65 wpm
