Mid - Level Ip / Patent Litigation Paralegal ( Remote )

TechKnowledge Law Group LLP is seeking a Mid-Level IP/Patent Litigation Paralegal with at least 3+ years of IP litigation experience to join the Litigation team. Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and manage the entire spectrum of paralegal responsibilities within the litigation life cycle. Candidate must be detail oriented and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Candidate must also possess the demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. Requirements of the IP/Patent Litigation Paralegal: 3+ years of IP litigation experience Strong academic credentials (bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate) Outstanding references Experience should include e-court filings, motion practice, cite-checking, and familiarity with handling all aspects of discovery. Position Details of the IP/Patent Litigation Paralegal: Type of role: Contract Schedule: Full-Time of Part-Time (to be negotiated) Location: Remote Compensation: Commensurate with experience Job Duties, but are not Limited To: Must be well-versed in federal court procedures and filing requirements, including E-Filing Pre-trial preparation and trial assistance experience preferred. Experience handling multiple attorneys with full caseloads. Coordinate heavy scheduling and calendaring for court deadlines and depositions. Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, motions, notices, disclosures, and discovery requests (responses to discovery, etc.) and correspondence. Assist with motion practice, including cite-checking/Bluebooking, finalize formal filing/briefs for filing. Document production and organization are a must. Organize records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format. Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and a consistent schedule. Experience with a document management system.
