Group: Growth Marketing Operations 
The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device
communications and automated messaging for our client’s media products and services. The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple services. We are looking for an experienced Data Intelligence Specialist who can help lead data quality & knowledge management within the Growth Marketing team. This person will implement effective controls in data validation, data acceptance, and manage the technical documentation framework to improve the efficiency of Marketing Operations.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Growth Marketing stakeholders to support the design, build, and documentation of data signals.
• Communicate: Facilitate easy creation, access, and dissemination of data specifications with internal marketing and engineering teams.
• Coordinate: Lead discussions with Engineering, Growth Project Managers, and other technical program managers to define requirements that translate Growth Marketing use cases into detailed technical documentation needed for internal platform users. Break down complex issues into discussion topics, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration.
• Plan: Create and manage project schedules for data signals and ML models with cross-functional dependencies. Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams.
• Execute: Create, develop, implement, and maintain repeatable best practices and employ continual process improvement, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates.
• Problem solve: Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources necessary to attack and resolve. Navigate in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders to produce the best outcome.

Key Qualifications

• High proficiency in SQL (Snowflake, Teradata, any other DB).
• Experience in testing iOS Apps with excellent debugging skills and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, Data Intelligence, and experience working with cross-functional teams in discussing technical design, back-end architecture, and data pipelines.

Desired Skills

• 2+ years experience in Python and Rest APIs.
• Proven experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting in
• Tableau (or a similar reporting tool).
• Good understanding of database modeling, ETL, and data warehousing principles.

Education & Experience

• B.A./M.S. or advanced degree in a technical or related discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, EE

The hourly pay range for this position is $60-70/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
