Responsible for maintaining, organizing, and expediting Fox Bike Products that are undergoing testing (Bike forks, shocks, dropper seat posts, etc.) while maintaining consistent communication between the Test Lab Technicians, Engineering Department, and field test riders. The coordinator’s responsibilities will include administrative duties, test sample organization, Test Product installations and removal on test bikes, checks and resolving test sample discrepancies. Resolutions require frequent database updates and personal interactions with lab technicians, Design Engineers, and the Test Management team.
Position Responsibilities:
Database Management Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks which may include quality checks to product labeling, product tracking, test lab and engineering technicians.
- Organize test sample data and information for the engineering department. Projects may include bike products such as forks, shocks, dropper seat posts.
- Perform sample check-in, labeling, preparation, part requests and material orders.
- Review test samples status and preparation level of completeness.
- Confirm accuracy between digital and physical sample status.
Organizational Responsibilities:
- Ensure Test Product complies with all applicable specifications and modifications.
- Determine and communicate status, initiate actions to further increase efficiency, and improve throughput quality.
- Establish and manage inventory control to monitor and maintain materials; perform product counts, perform inventory reconciliation during inventory discrepancy and staging of raw materials, consumables, and supplies.
- Work with Test Management, Design Engineer and Lab Technicians to facilitate predefined test plan.
Field Test Product Responsibilities:
- Submit shipping documents.
- Installation and removal of Test Product on test bikes.
- Package and deliver samples for disbursement to field test riders.
- Execute enrollment record keeping and log use of product in the field.
- Provide email correspondence to field test writer to arrange test sample evaluations.

Position Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience:
- No prior experienced required; mechanical background preferred
- Demonstrated Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- High degree of technical aptitude, hands-on ability with complex assemblies and components.
- High level of bike knowledge.
- Ability to self-manage work assignments and progress.
- Mechanical experience working on bikes preferred
- Ability to excel in a High Pace, priority changing environment.
- Flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Strong computer skills required – full MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience communicating highly technical subject matter to a wide variety of audiences. Ensure content is accurate and take ownership of work and processes.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
This role requires a combination of desk-oriented work and hands-on bike maintenance work. Must be able to safely lift 25 pounds overhead. Adequate vision, strength, and coordination needed to safely execute tasks requiring the use of typical hand tools.
