Invoicing Specialist

Job Description:

This position will require building trusting relationships with our customers to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and reconciliation of accounts for goods and services provided by Alpha Energy Solutions.

· Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of customer specific invoicing requirements including but not limited to:

• Project Cost Estimating
• Purchase Orders
• Project Tracking

· Establish relationships both internally and externally through open and frequent communication.

· Examine Invoices for Key Customer Accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve account issues with billing team members.

· Administer and use Customer Pay Portals (Ariba, Open Invoice, etc.) and other methods of invoice delivery to ensure proper submission of invoices.

Excel- intermediate

Quickbooks Online Advance

Microsoft Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
