We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Invoice Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in invoicing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. As an Accounting Invoice Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Create and distribute invoices in compliance with company policies and client agreements.

• Maintain client data and billing documentation.

• Review and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Monitor payments and follow up on overdue invoices.

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries.

• Maintain organized records and generate reports.

• Identify process improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in invoicing is preferred

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel

• 18+ years of age

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

• Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information

• Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines

Work Behavior:

• Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must have high levels of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and multitasking skills

• Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

• Must be able to sit and perform repetitive tasks using wrists, fingers, and hand movements for extended periods of time

• Must be able to speak to vendors over the phone for short periods of time
