What You Will Do:
Perform daily invoicing functions while ensuring compliance with Company policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee clarity in executing processes and procedures, billing accuracy and timely completion.
May assist with collections, shippers, customers, and sales/marketing department in requested for invoices or shipping verification.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months relevant work experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Accurate 10-key abilities
Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
Intermediate oral and written communication skills
Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
Work in an unsupervised environment
Read, write, and speak English fluently
Use a computer to communicate, create, and access data
