Billing & Invoice Specialist I

What You Will Do:

• Perform daily invoicing functions while ensuring compliance with Company policies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee clarity in executing processes and procedures, billing accuracy and timely completion.

• May assist with collections, shippers, customers, and sales/marketing department in requested for invoices or shipping verification.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months relevant work experience

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications

• Accurate 10-key abilities

• Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers

• Intermediate oral and written communication skills

• Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively

• Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual

• Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs

• Work in an unsupervised environment

• Read, write, and speak English fluently

• Use a computer to communicate, create, and access data
