Inventory Manager

WeTheHobby is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient management of our inventory systems. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and optimizing inventory processes to meet operational goals. They will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records. This position will report directly to the VP of Operational Excellence and work closely with our Shipping and Receiving department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in stock control.
• Maintain an accurate inventory database, including detailed information on available stock.
• Collaborate with product teams, sales, and other relevant departments to organize the efficient and accurate flow of inventory.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Analyze and investigate stock losses, gains, and movements to reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
• Provide reports and advice to management on strategies to reduce costs and improve inventory procedures.
• Coordinate stock deliveries from the warehouse to support product teams, retail operations, and channel support.
• Manage inventory data across various systems and interfaces, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Implement cycle count strategy in addition to full monthly stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience with an inventory management system or ERP.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or fulfillment center.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Availability on the 1 of every month.
• Positive, hard-working, and diligent.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiar with streaming platforms (Whatnot, Fanatics Live, etc.)
• Enjoys and is knowledgeable of sports - sports cards knowledge a big plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
