Job Summary

This role supports the execution of our Revenue strategy. The candidate will be a high value-add business partner to key sales leaders, enabling revenue growth through the curation of our inventory and sales packaging - our marketplace storefront - to optimize how demand is matched to FreeWheel publishers’ supply. The Senior Manager is responsible for managing coordinators who curate inventory pre- and post-sales including in the areas of traffic and planning. This role ensures sales materials and resources are available to the TVP Sales teams, analyzes operations to ensure operating standards are met, and provides other ad hoc support to the US Revenue team. The candidate will be comfortable briefing senior leaders with essential tactical updates. This is a dynamic role where no two days will look alike. The candidate will be a proactive, diplomatic, and structured problem-solver, who can align our leaders and drive our business forwards.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Plans daily activities and assigns tasks to inventory coordinators, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to proper policies and procedures and are in accordance with the Inventory Desk sales strategy.

  • Creates work performance standards for inventory coordinators. Remains available to TVP sales team and resolves operational questions and issues.

  • Develops and implements operational policies and procedures.

  • Monitors inventory and recommends strategy for optimum use of available inventory.

  • Facilitates sales materials and resources needs. Coordinates the distribution of sales materials and resources.

  • Leads, tracks, and monitors adherence to inventory planning and curation initiatives.

  • Creates and maintains project trackers and inventory reporting dashboards.

  • Interfaces with other teams to coordinate inventory packaging and optimization.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

7-10 Years


Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $114,061.59 - $171,092.39

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.


Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
