Position: Inventory Management Support

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Requirement: We are looking for a candidate to fill an operational role that mainly supports LG Electronics’ Inventory Management. This person will need to have a customer focused mindset, while being able to handle multiple tasks at once, and have a good working relationship with other team members. Some of the daily tasks include analyzing warehouse data to generate business review reports, inventory adjustments, resolving request escalations, working with order management, and other various activities. You will need to have strong communication and organizational skills, as you will be working with teams both in our client and its sister companies. This person will need to be able to work under pressure at times, due to certain deadlines and time sensitive material.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Support daily inventory operations, and special projects such as Physical Inventory, Scraps, etc.

· Work with other teams internally such as Order Management team.

· Run inventory reports, identify the issues, and create actions for resolution.

· Identify any gaps in workflow execution, both at the start and end of each event

· Pull inventory availability reports and send out to respective team members

· Contribute to sales team success by accurately sharing inventory data.

· Work independently, but at the same time in a team environment

· Be able to fill in for team members when out of the office.

Required:

· Bachelor's degree

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

· Communication skills, both verbal and written

· Critical thinking acumen and analytical skills; create actions to resolve issues.

· Consistency and reliability in output of work

· Self-motivated in learning necessary skills

· Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment and processes.

· Ability to work effectively across various departments, while building relationships

Preferred:

· Minimum of 2+ years of working experience.

· Bilingual Korean/English

· Experience in using corporate systems such as ERP and WMS

· Working knowledge of a supply chain, system and processes is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate+, including pivot tables)

• Knowledge of data analytics and inventory tracking a plus.

· MIS, Computer Science, or similar major is a big plus - however this is not a developer position.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
