Inventory Coordinator (Full-Time, 1St Shift)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

$16.00-$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Maintain inventory-

• Organize and keep clean inventory and inventory locations.
• Cycle counts.
• Communicate reorder requirements and recommendations.
• Control consumables and manufacturing supplies.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, manufacturers’ specifications, written, and verbal instructions.
• Pull Inventory based on Job BOMs and distribute to assigned assembly area.

Logistics-

• Manage flow of raw materials and finished goods in and out of the facility.
• Coordinate and arrange for transportation for shipment of project equipment and inbound parts.

Receive deliveries-

• Ensure receipt of proper parts.
• Review for damaged items.
• Enter parts received into ERP program.
• Move received goods to inventory storage.

Prepare orders for shipment-

• Complete required paperwork for shipping, BOLs and Packing Slips.
• Pull parts from inventory-based Job Orders.
• Package shipment to ensure safe transport.
• Transact shipment in ERP program and on shipping portal.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 3 years of experience with Inventory Control.
• At least 2-3 years of experience with receiving and shipping.
• Prior mechanical / electrical assembly or construction experience highly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Experience working with an ERP system and office software highly preferred.
• Ability to drive a forklift (or gain certification) required.
