DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory.
- Supervises and coordinates the taking of periodic physical Inventories; prepares reports of inventory balance, shortages, and other financial data as required.
- Issue and reconcile purchase orders.
- Maintain status of orders throughout entire process
- Participate in inventory process.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain and manage accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material in inventory.
- Support dispatch and pricing team.
- Will use other computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, email and database software.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- 2-3 years experience in logistics, inventory, and billing.
- Ability to manage priorities, multiple projects, and workflow.
- Strong understanding of the function of Inventory Management
- Articulates and writes in a clear, concise and effective manner.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Navision).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and judgment.
Some accounting skills are preferred.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
