We are seeking an Inventory Control Team member for our customer, County Materials in Maxwell, IN.

Job Duties:
- Monitors and maintains min/max stocking inventory levels, pre-receiving of orders as required, and investigates problems
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports
- Resolves purchasing order entry ticket discrepancies.
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
- May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Establishes stocking levels on manufactured items.
- Communicate effectively with Team Members from other departments.
Work Environment:
- Office working environment. – 50%
- Outside working environment. – 50%
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting frequently.
- Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely.
- Standing / Walking / Climbing.
Experience & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
- Basic computer skills.
