- Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts and materials.
- Organize and maintain an efficient parts storage system within the cage.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and update records as needed.
- Assist production and maintenance teams in locating and retrieving parts.
- Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with maintenance and suppliers to manage parts orders.
- Keep the parts cage area clean and organized and conduct physical inventories as needed.
- Monitor and report on stock levels to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling parts and materials.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking parts and managing maintenance-related tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall warehouse efficiency.
Experience:
- Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System for maintenance and parts tracking
- Manufacturing experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven experience in warehouse and parts management
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
