SHIFT: 1ST (7:00AM-3:30PM)
$29.70 Hourly Rate
Responsibilities:
Work daily with Operations and Transportation leads to ensure optimal inventory integrity
Work daily with packaging engineer to support damage investigations and system updates
Investigate inventory issues from multiple packing and fulfillment sites and lead the correction of them
Run, create, and maintain inventory reports required to be done daily and monthly
Track and investigate inventory discrepancies. Evaluate for continuous improvements
Maintain and create operational SOPs for the successful management of warehouse processes
Monitor active SKUs to ensure all are appropriately deployed and set up systematically
Resolve and communicate issues that arise from deployment and inventory availability issues, packaging or quality constraints, including ownership of customer service email
Monitor accessory fulfillment compliance
Research and resolve accounts payable issues
Track and investigate non-compliant inbound supplier issues
Support escalations requests with internal and external audit requirements
Maintain consumable supply budget
Monitor and direct clean up of transitional locations
Minimum requirements:
High School diploma or GED
1+ years supply chain or inventory experience
Preferred skills and experiences:
Proficient in the use Excel and or Google Sheets, with the ability to use pivot tables and graphs to identify actions needed
Working knowledge of VBA is preferred
Working knowledge of Looker Studio and/or Tableau is preferred
Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills, who is highly result oriented and proactive
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
Thorough knowledge and understanding of raw and finished goods flow and high volume fulfillments
Possess sound judgment, planning, and analytical skills to relate to management, operations and shipping base contacts
Self-motivation to identify, analyze, and work to find solutions when challenges arise
Complex problem solving skills and ability to use them to drive root cause identification
Working knowledge of computers and warehouse management systems (SAP, WM, AS400)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership and people skills, with the ability to lead teams to drive exceptional results
