ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Reconcile on hand
physical inventory against SAP systematic inventory utilizing physical counts
and analysis of system transactional history. - Manage workflow
and delegate daily tasks to Cycle Counters. - Investigate
inventory transfer trends and patterns to identify and find lost inventory. - Conduct daily ABC
cycle count program counts. - Audit physical
warehouse locations for accuracy and provide feedback regarding root causes of
inaccuracies. - Operate powered
industrial vehicles when needed to gather necessary data for researching. - Rearrange
materials inside warehouse locations and synchronize system data to match
physical inventory using appropriate system transactions. - Perform and manage
stock checks as requested by warehouse or Order Management and clearly and
completely communicate transactional status. - Provide feedback
during project work involving material transfers and correlated system
transactions. - Analyze
production consumption patterns versus on hand quantities and find gaps in
processing.
§ Working under direction of
Warehouse Logistics team to reconcile purchase order (PO) receipts to align
with supplier invoices in SAP using receiving and material transfer order
functionality in SAP.
§ Evaluate receipt
documentation to confirm PO items, materials, and quantities align with
invoices and transactions in SAP.
§ Coordinate with warehouse
staff to perform cycle counts of physical materials across various storage
locations.
§ Understand and follow company and industry
safety rules, practices, and procedures.
§ Communicate with others,
verbally and in writing, technical information, job procedure recommendations,
and other work-related information.
§ Identify issues across
multiple operational systems (SAP, PPG, E+) and communicate analytical data
using multiple tools (Excel, Teams, Word,).
§ Complete system transfers
between projects, plants, and storage locations.
§ Other duties as assigned by
Supervisor or Manager.
