About the Team
VIZIO’s Logistics team is seeking a Sr. Inventory Analyst to join their team at our Irvine, CA headquarters.
As a member of the logistics team, the Sr. Inventory Analyst will be responsible for accuracy and maintaining inventory integrity between Vizio’s system and our 3PL’s. This will include inbound and outbound transaction creating and closures as well as maintaining close relations with your 3PL counter part to keep inventory as precise and real time as possible. The position will report directly to the Logistics Manager of Operations.
What You Will Do
Must track to ensure all transaction matches and are completed on both systems. Reconcile discrepancies with 3PL’s and vendors on inventory
Conduct physical inventory audits with all the VIZIO 3PL’s (this may require a small amount of travel)
Process Inventory transfer transactions in SAP
Coordinate physical transfer with approved freight carriers
Coordinate and track Title transfer ownership
Coordinate Quality Inspection orders from 3PL to Service centers and back to 3PL
Process Buffer Orders for Service Request
Track and modify Container arrival dates to meet allocation demand
Co-coordinate special projects assigned by management
Assist Forecasting by maintaining updates for all Vendor Delivery Dates
Communicate Urgent HOLDs to all 3PLs and timely releases of HOLDs
Daily tracking Shipment orders to meet Compliance
Trouble shoot problem orders with all 3PL’s
Assist with closing ASN Delivery notes
Assist Outbound team with all inventory discrepancies due to shortages
Communicate with all 3PL on cancellations of Deliveries
Assist Claims department with Month end closing of Return Delivery Notes (RDNs)
Assist Accounting with Reconciliation issues
Conduct random Material number audits for verification with 3PLs
Weekly DS Replenishment and follow up
Coordinate physical transfer of IQC units to corporate for review
About You
Required Qualifications and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Min 5 years in Logistics or Claims related field (logistics terminology oriented)
Previous experience working in a 3PL environment. Inventory tracking / control experience
Outlook and Excel
SAP experience a plus

For California-based employment: The minimum pay for this position is $32.69/hour. The maximum pay for this position $41.35/hour. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
