POSITION:Inventory Control Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Inventory Control, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing overall inventory efficiency. The Inventory Control Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless record of goods through our distribution channels, contributing to the success of our operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inventory Control:
• Supervise and coordinate daily stock control activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Execute inventory management procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in stock levels and identify discrepancies.

• Inventory Fulfillment and Allocation:
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Coordinate inventory allocation to correct distribution channels.

• Inventory Reporting:
• Generate reports on inventory performance.
• Draft inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Team collaboration - Work with warehouse staff to ensure accurate receiving, storing, and order fulfilment processing.
• Database management, spreadsheets, and good computer skills.

RECOMMENDATED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in inventory management, preferably in a distribution or logistic environment.
• Proficient in Excel

SCHEDULE – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

JOB TYPE – Full time

LOCATION – Hybrid

REPORTING STRUCTURE – Reports directly to Vice President of Purchasing & Inventory Management

SALARY RANGE OF POSITION – $70,000
