Job Description:
- Responsible for assisting Employee Relations (ER) Specialists with various ER projects and supporting ER Specialists on internal investigations regarding work-related issues.
- Provide administrative, data management, and reporting support to ER Specialists on various ER Projects
- Manage reports from HRCM and other HR systems (requires strong excel skills)
- Assist ER Specialists with the investigation of employee relations concerns (e.g., complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other work-related issues), including reviewing relevant information/documentation to prepare the ER Specialist to conduct interviews, drafting talking points to close out investigations, and drafting disciplinary documentation
- Manage cases in HRCM for each investigation including input of interviews and other investigation materials
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect
- Exceptional detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years Human Resources experience
- Experience working in a large, complex organization is preferred
