Responsibilities of the Inventory/Purchasing Analyst
- Analyze and forecast future inventory requirements, purchase order preparation.
- Purchase order status tacking.
- Inventory adjustments based on seasonal trends and/or vendor special offers.
- Reconcile purchase orders to invoice and address conflicts.
- Execute transfers between warehouse locations.
- Process vendor stock adjustment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain rapport with suppliers to assist with expediting orders and correct price/terms.
Qualifications of the Inventory/Purchasing Analyst
- Degree or high school diploma; any equivalent combination of education and experience is qualifying
- At least one (1) year of inventory analysis and forecasting is necessary
- IBM iSeries is a plus

This is an hourly/non-exempt position starting at $24.00/hour.
