Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our team. The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring accurate data analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of warehouse management systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in inventory control based on company standards and state regulations:
- Document and enter all inventory from delivery room into Dutchie, or other state-specific inventory tracking system
- Clearly label all inventory, Perform weekly audits of physical inventory
- Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor or Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning
- Log all transfers from inventory items into finished packed sellable units.
- Intake orders, complete manifest documentation, facilitate the intake and outtake of product with delivery representatives
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace and ensure a safe working environment
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
- Report any product or appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisors
- Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned with or without advance notice
- Maintain website with the correct product images, description and details such as THC/ Strain
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of materials handling, warehouse management systems, and supply chain processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Dutchie experience preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
