Intern - Product Development

Our program provides a paid internship opportunity starting at $20.00 per hour, along with a hybrid work schedule that offers the best of both worlds. You will work in the office for four days a week, collaborate with your team, and grow your skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home, one day a week. Our program runs from June 5th, 2024, to August 9th, 2024, and we expect our interns to commit to the entire program duration.

What you will do:

• Assist the Product Development team in Completion and approval of the updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• This entails organizing all the SOPs associated with Product Development, including ability and patience to read through documentation, interview and discuss the processes with key senior management and take notes for improvement of the processes and then finally discuss the final execution of these processes with the SVP.
• Contribute your ideas and work well with others while integrating well with the team.
• Providing feedback on different stages of the project and aim for completion.
• Take advantage of the internship to expand your knowledge and skills in Product Development and gain exposure to different styles and techniques used in the industry.

What we are looking for:

• Currently, enrolled college student who has completed at least one year of school at an accredited university or college.
• A genuine passion for Product Development and a desire to contribute to process improvement and product management projects.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Must be able to clear a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
