Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing Strength and Conditioning Programs
- Run Private, Semi-Private, Small Group and Class Training Sessions
- General cleanliness and upkeep of Facility
- Record and track Data relative to athletes goals
- Timely and Organized
- Represent Healthy Baller in and outside of Facility at all times
- Creating an environment clients want to experience again
Job Requirements
- Possess a nationally recognized and accredited training certification (NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in the sport performance or personal training field
- CPR/AED Certified
- Skilled written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity in Training athletes, their environment, and needs
- Team oriented
- Passion for helping people of all ages
- High energy, motivating, and enthusiastic attitude brought every day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Fairfax, VA 22031: Relocate before starting work (Required)
