Form of workOur program provides a paid internship opportunity starting at $20.00 per hour, along with a hybrid work schedule that offers the best of both worlds. You will work in the office for four days a week, collaborate with your team, and grow your skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home, one day a week. Our program runs from June 5th, 2024, to August 9th, 2024, and we expect our interns to commit to the entire program duration.

In addition, a successful candidate needs critical thinking skills, the ability to find a solution, not just provide information, an interest in seeing yourself as an individual contributor adding value in a corporate environment, and finally, an interest in working with people from different backgrounds and countries. What you will do:
- Assist the Product Development, Costume Play team in costume sample organization, process and storage.
- This includes but not limited to costume costing updates, costume development updates, costume sample review, and organization
- Contribute your ideas and work well with others while integrating well with the team.
- Providing feedback on different stages of the project and aim for completion,
- Take advantage of the internship to expand your knowledge and skills in Product Development (Costume Division) and gain exposure to different styles and techniques used in the industry.
What we are looking for:
- Currently, enrolled college student who has completed at least one year of school at an accredited university or college.
- A genuine passion for Product Development and a desire to contribute to process improvement and product management projects.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word and Google sheets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be able to clear a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
