Intern, New Accounts and Operations

Our Operations team is seeking a summer intern. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a self-driven student to support an experienced team of professionals at one of the nation's leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Report generation and distribution
• Follow up on FA/CSA remediation projects
• Enter data- Phase 3 and Beta
• Assist with returned mail
• Assist with document processing
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university, preferably pursuing a major in finance, economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Professional presentation skills and ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work flow
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $20.00 per hour.
