As a Graphic Layout Designer Intern you will report to the Graphic Design Supervisor working closely with other Graphic Layout Designers, Projects Managers and Project Coordinators. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This opportunity focuses on producing detailed instructions for retail brand assortments as well as working on planograms and dielines based off the 3-D drawings.
Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (hybrid work environment between office and remote working locations)
Compensation: Hourly
A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you:
- are pursuing a degree in Graphic Design
- have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)

- pay close attention to details so you are able to complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company quality standards.
- be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs.
- have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems independently, effectively and creatively.

- understand and maintain the confidential nature of company and client information.
In this position, you will:
- work with a team of Graphic Layout Designers to organize information and drawings to create detailed instructions for retail.
- be responsible for maintaining instructions for each graphic rollout that is shipped and managing the filing system and large catalog of current graphics and store setups.
- focus on producing detailed die lines based off the 3-D drawings as well as working on planograms and detailed instructions for retail brand assortments.
- bring ideas to the team and other operating areas within the organization to improve processes and procedures to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- effectively manages multiple projects, changes in project scope, and shifting priorities in order to maintain project requirements and ensure deadlines are met using design programs such as Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac.
- perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
