Form of workWhat Your Job Will Be Like We are seeking a Year Round - Clerical Undergraduate Intern to join our Division Business Operations Team! On any given day, you may be called on to: Provide Clerical Support to EA,SMA, OMA, and OAA Community, including the following: Assist in maintaining the supply rooms/copier rooms for each floor by: Re-stock of supply cabinets Replace shredder bags as needed Replace OUO white bags when full and submit Destruction tickets Fill fleet copier trays with paper Order paper when needed Order supplies for staff and Office Administrative Assistants Order water for each floor Assist with move arrangements for new staff Assist with reapplication tickets Assist with Travel Requests Assist with Conference Room reservations Assist with updating daily calendars for conference rooms, focus rooms, project rooms Update Staff Information Badge cards Schedule meetings Assist with vehicle maintenance, gas, emissions, car washes, etc. Take vehicles to and from Fleet Services for maintenance Escort staff members and contractors Posting Duration This posting will be open for application submissions for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days, including the 'posting date'.

NNSA Requirements for MedPEDs If you have a Medical Portable Electronic Device (MedPED), such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids, or diagnostic equipment and other equipment for measuring, monitoring, and recording body functions such as heartbeat and brain waves, if employed by Sandia National Laboratories you may be required to comply with NNSA security requirements for MedPEDs. If you have a MedPED and you are selected for an on-site interview at Sandia National Laboratories, there may be additional steps necessary to ensure compliance with NNSA security requirements prior to the interview date.
Qualifications We Require You bring the confidence and skills to be eligible for the job by meeting these minimum requirements: Currently attending and enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate program Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5/4.0 Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer U.S. citizenship Qualifications We Desire Ability to obtain and maintain a required US DOE L-level security clearance About Our Team The Division 10000 Business Operations Team (Organization 10691) provides Operational, Financial, and Strategic services to the Division Office and its Centers.
