WE ARE LOOKING FOR A REMOTE DIVISIONAL CLINICAL ASSOCIATE (REGISTERED NURSE) TO SUPPORT OUR HOME HEALTH DIVISION IN HAWAII!!!
Position: Divisional Clinical Associate, RN
100% REMOTE, availability to work in HST hours 40% of the time is preferred.
Salary: 65k-70k, full time, salaried position
Qualifications include:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Must apply for Hawaii RN license once hired
- Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Experience with clinical oversight (including OASIS and ICD-9 Coding), HomeCare HomeBase workflow management, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management highly preferred
- Excellent work ethic with demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
- Solid communication and PC skills
- Ability to work in HST preferred
