Job description

The primary location of this position is the main Cullowhee, NC campus.
To assist the university architect and design consultants in the development, procurement, and installation of of interior projects, finishes and furniture to support the University’s mission and goals. Position will do field verification, documentation updates, and measurement and photography of existing spaces and furniture. Position will update and revise university reference drawing files and fire evacuation plans.
This position is designated as Exempt from the Human Resources Act (EHRA).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced skills and proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit software.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in art, interior design, or related discipline and experience in large-scale interior design; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
