SalaryLPA is seeking a passionate Interior Designerto join our integrated team of architects, engineers, Interior Designers, landscape architects and master planners. What you will do:
- Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA
- Support a variety of project types, including Commercial and Civic + Cultural
- You will assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignments
- Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents
- Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects
- Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination

Interior Designer Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required
- 3-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projects
- Experience in Revit required
- Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $78,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
