Intelligent Industry Americas Partner Executive

This role will drive relationships in the Americas region for a portfolio of Capgemini partners (key focus in Digital Engineering and Manufacturing). To shape and deliver partner results, this role will work in collaboration with Global Partner Executives and a cross-functional Americas teams (e.g., business unit leadership, service lines, marketing, legal). The ideal person for this position will have experience with both the consulting model - and - the software vendor ecosystem, including the products, sales organization, service models, and partner-based selling approach.

 

The Intelligent Industry Americas Partner Executive role requires adept performance of the following:

  • Responsible for managing the Engineering portfolio of 100 partners, with a strong focus in Dassault Systemes, PTC, and Siemens
  • Creating and driving a regional business plan that aligns with the partnership's global goals, strategy, and objectives
  • Developing relationships at delivery and executive levels, both internally and within partner organizations
  • Working with partners to find opportunities and build demand
  • Engaging with Partners' field sales organization to communicate differentiation
  • Learning and articulating both digital engineering and manufacturing software product features as well as Capgemini's ability to implement those technology solutions
  • Working with our sector (industry) field sales professionals on targeting our install base and new logo accounts in different industries
  • Introducing Partner sales professionals to Capgemini sales professionals and building cadence around key activities, targets, accounts, and programs
  • Actively tracking joint sales pipeline and meeting bookings targets
  • Learning the Partner programs and how they can be demonstrated to drive growth
  • Attending and driving client interactions at trade shows and conferences
  • Participating in RFP/proposal responses (as part of a team)

 

Additional candidate characteristics include:

  • The ideal candidate will have a solutions sales background within Engineering/Intelligent Industry
  • Previous experience working with digital engineering and manufacturing software, specifically with Dassault Systemes, PTC, and/or Siemens
  • 5 years of Professional Services and Partnerships/Alliances
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree required, with MBA or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
  • Travel required, approximately 20% of time
  • Based in United States
