Intellectual Property / Litigation Attorney

Strong & Hanni has an opportunity in its Sandy, Utah office for a patent attorney that also does commercial litigation. This position will include patent and trademark prosecution, Intellectual Property and technology transactions, and commercial litigation (IP and non-IP).

Requirements:

· Already passed Patent Exam or eligible for and intending to pass Patent Exam

· 0-7 years of Intellectual Property and/or litigation experience

· Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Patent prosecution

· Trademark prosecution

· Counsel clients on Intellectual Property matters

· Intellectual property disputes

· Negotiate and draft technology contracts

· Legal research

· Litigation (pleadings, discovery, depositions, or argument)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
