Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of cases under the guidance of senior attorneys
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Assist with case preparation and document management
- Participate in client meetings and court proceedings
- Maintain organized case files and documentation
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Utah State Bar (or ability to become admitted within a reasonable timeframe)
