Construction Litigation Attorney

A Regional Law Firm has an opening in our Park City or Salt Lake City office for a Construction Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The firm is at the forefront of the legal communities in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and the rest of the Intermountain Region.
Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with respect to Construction Litigation
• Substantive experience with construction disputes including mechanic's lien claims and related lien issues
• Experience with personal injury lawsuits related to design and defect claims and construction site accidents
• Contract drafting and negotiation including contract disputes and change order and delay claims
• Experience drafting and reviewing construction agreements
• Experience with new business formation, construction financing and disputes, and insurance and warranty claims
• Experience involving OSHA and job-site accident investigations
• A portable book of business is preferred along with the desire to continue the growth of their practice
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Utah or ability to be admitted by motion
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize is essential
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment and adherence to highest of ethical standards
• Strong academic credentials
