Position Overview:
As an Integrated Lead Manager and Sales Consultant, you will be a vital contributor to our virtual team, responsible for providing lead management services for two clients and driving sales through phone demo appointments. This role presents a unique blend of responsibilities, allowing you to enhance your skills in both lead management and Sales while leveraging your extensive knowledge of CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lead management services for two Real Estate clients during a 4-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM CST for the first client and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM CST for the second client.
- Maintain a minimum of 10 pre-qualified appointments per client weekly for Lead Management services.
- Book and complete four sales phone demo appointments weekly with the goal of closing one sale per week. Flex sales calling times between 9 AM CST to 7 PM CST, Monday through Saturday.
- Conduct onboarding for new Lead Management clients.
- Receive compensation of $75 per day for securing two clients, onboarding, and maintaining two clients for Lead Management services.
- Receive $200 per sale, with monthly payments on the 15th of every month for the previous month's sales.
- Prevent inactivity by consistently maintaining two clients for Lead Management services.
- Prospect on the sales side if a gap arises for Lead Management clients.
- Adhere to all sales processes, including Round Robin assignment for new leads and pre-booked demo appointments.
- Regularly update calendar availability for automatic scheduling of pre booked phone demo appointments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lead management and Sales roles is required.
- Extensive knowledge in CRM systems is a must.
- Strong ability to self-guide through challenging online changes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully virtual environment and meet weekly targets.
This is an independent contract only position and you must secure two Lead Management clients and maintain two clients consistently to continue the $75 dollars a day contract pay.
All sales are ongoing and at $200 per sale regardless if you have Lead Management clients as long as you are meeting the weekly sales goals.
We do not hire real estate agents, as this is a service for real estate investors and real estate agents.
