- Recruitment and Team Building: Hire and assemble a competent care team. Conduct interviews, ensuring candidates align with our values and standards of care.
- Training and Orientation: Lead orientation sessions for new hires, preparing them for their roles and ensuring they understand company policies and client needs.

- Scheduling: Create and manage monthly schedules for your team, ensuring consistent and reliable care delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of care provided by your team, implementing measures to maintain and improve care standards.
- Emergency Coverage: Manage call-ins and arrange for coverage, stepping in to provide care directly to clients if necessary.
- Client Acquisition: Leverage relationships with caseworkers and other professionals to source new clients.
- Safety and Compliance: Monitor for any signs of abuse/neglect among clients and staff, reporting incidents in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Incentive Program Management: Operate within an incentivized model, driving the success of your team. Achieve set milestones for care hours managed, with rewards based on performance and billing margins.
- Operational Autonomy: Enjoy full control over hiring, client management, and team coordination, with the support of back-end business processes such as benefits, payroll, billing, HR, supplies, and technology.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience as a caregiver or CNA, with supervisor or lead experience highly preferred.
- Strong competency in using technology tools and communication platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and 'hustle' to meet the demands of the role.
- Commitment to long-term growth with the company, showing an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to adapt to varying schedules.
What We Offer:
- The opportunity to lead your team like a franchise owner, with significant autonomy and the potential for substantial incentives.
- Support from the company in terms of continuous client and resume flow, ensuring you have the resources needed for success.
- A commitment to your empowerment, incentivization, and trust, with comprehensive back-end support to free you to focus on client and team management.
