This position is based in the Orlando corporate office.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Input all new cases into our Customer Relations Management (CRM) database in accordance with current protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service via answering calls and e-mail correspondence.
- Process incoming mail/faxes, distribute appropriately, and attach/document to the record in CRM.
- Input all documents in the appropriate case file in accordance with current document management protocols.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and lienholders.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of administrative experience.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrable strong database management skills.
- A high attention to detail and follow-up.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Independent thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: $32,100 - $38,000 (Total Cash Compensation)
