This is a Hybrid work role (1/2 time in office, 1/2 time work from home)

This position is based in the Orlando corporate office.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
  • Input all new cases into our Customer Relations Management (CRM) database in accordance with current protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service via answering calls and e-mail correspondence. 
  • Process incoming mail/faxes, distribute appropriately, and attach/document to the record in CRM.
  • Input all documents in the appropriate case file in accordance with current document management protocols.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and lienholders.
 
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of administrative experience.
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrable strong database management skills.
  • A high attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Independent thinker and problem solver.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
Pay: $32,100 - $38,000 (Total Cash Compensation)
