As a Provider Outreach and Engagement Specialist, you play a pivotal role in this mission by engaging with healthcare organizations and inviting them to become part of a transformative healthcare initiative.
This role is about more than just communication, it’s about building relationships, understanding the unique needs of each provider, and presenting opportunities for them to contribute to a significant improvement in veteran care. Through strategic outreach, you’ll identify and engage with potential program participants, facilitating their journey from initial contact to full integration into our network. You Have:
Experience in facilitating meetings and discussions with decision-makers to achieve buy-in and collaboration
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including making initial contact and nurturing professional relationships
Ability to convey the benefits of complex programs to potential partners
Ability to work independently, navigating through challenges to reach targeted goals
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups, or 5+ years of experience coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in outreach, networking, or partnership development, including in healthcare or related fields
Experience with VA community care networks or military and veteran healthcare systems
Experience in business development, including in healthcare contexts
Possession of excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Possession of persuasive communication skills, capable of encouraging change and participation among varied audiences
Possession of excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,200.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
