As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collect and verify patient information
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Coordinate referrals from healthcare providers
- Ensure accurate data entry into medical office systems
- Answer phone calls and inquiries
Skills
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience with medical office systems
- Front desk reception skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to provide medical administrative support
