Intake And Marketing Coordinator

Evolve Wellness is a group practice specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. We provide individual, couples, and group therapy as well as nutrition counseling to our adult clients at the outpatient level.

We are seeking a detail-oriented person to serve as our part-time intake coordinator. The role is virtual and the hours are very flexible. This team member will provide support in the areas of client intake, social media/marketing, billing, and general administration.

The Coordinator will ensure that clients receive exceptional care while engaging our services, beginning with the first point of contact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to new client inquiries via phone and emails within 24 hours
• Conduct new client intakes
• Assess fit for services
• Administrate new client onboarding, including scheduling, billing, and paperwork
• Manage data tracking spreadsheets
• Attend monthly team meetings (virtual)
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree, interest in psychology or coaching
• Master in Counseling Psychology or commensurate degree (graduate or in progress) ideal
• Pre-licensed clinician, e.g. Associate Marriage and Family Therapist ideal
• Strong office administration skills
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Facebook, Mailchimp and Simple Practice preferred
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Personal or professional interest or experience with eating disorders, nutrition therapy, anxiety, and relationships

• Ability to check and reply to urgent emails and texts as needed outside of scheduled hours
• Ability to set boundaries and discuss uncomfortable topics such as mental health history, practice policies, and finances

• Collaborative and friendly, a “team player”
• Warm phone presence and ability to write thoughtful emails

COMPENSATION

• Part-time (15-25 hours per month) hourly position, Independent contractor
• $23/hr.
• Additional hours/responsibilities may be available
• Note: this position allows Registered Associates to earn telemedicine hours towards CA MFT licensure
