As an insurance specialist, you'llconductinsurance premium audits for workers' compensation usingthe established departmental guidelines. You'll analyze and investigate policy information and information provided by our insureds to assureregulatory compliance and premium accuracy.In this role, you'll provide excellent customer service to our insureds while helping to educate them on any adjustments to premiums.
This will be a hybrid role based out of our Carmel, IN office location.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- In lieu of degree, a high school diploma/GED equivalent or higher, a minimum one-year related work experience
Preferred skills
- One year of insurance industry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ensures high quality service, exceeding customer expectations
- Experience managing workers compensation audits
- Ability to research regulatory requirements
Compensation
- $39,900 - $49,900/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 16 % of your eligible earnings based on companyperformance
