```Duties```:
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients and provide them with detailed information about coverage options
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Process insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Utilize sales administration tools and software to track leads, manage client information, and generate reports
```Experience```:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools
- Knowledge of benefits administration and various types of insurance policies
- Retail sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential customers
- Experience in outside sales is beneficial
