Potential to make $250k within 3 years
A team player with great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on relationships
Establish – develop – maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and renewals
Compile, work, and maintain list of prospects and leads for agency’s targeted business
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Reach out to customer leads, set up appointments and make sales presentations
Coordinate sales efforts with CSRs and other departments to provide excellent service
Oversees and manages current clients and book of business
Accurately and thoroughly complete survey and applications forms before submitting to marketing
Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fits their needs
Oversees and manages workflow of the entire sales cycle
Ability to network and develop leads
Use lead lists to establish contact and schedule appointments
Meet with prospective clients
Meet with existing clients to perform annual reviews
Must conduct phone prospecting, face-to-face and through social media efforts
Conduct sales presentation with the intent of selling an insurance product
Provide claim assistance to clients
Solicit referrals from clients
Insurance experience NOT required. Sales personality a MUST
