Insurance Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced P & C and or LA licensed Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance products and services.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' insurance requirements
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate policy issuance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance professional for P & C or Group Benefits Producer
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $46,584.83 - $300,000.00 per year
