Insurance Customer Service Representative

Our company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to help manage our wonderful client's insurance policies. The ideal candidate for this position will be super friendly with clients, be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills, as well as an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
• Explain policy terms, conditions, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
• Be reliable - we need someone who shows up to work and that we can count on to be here to take care of our clients
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Ensure client confidentiality

Requirements:

• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to obtain insurance license is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
