Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for facilitating producer sales by assisting the producer(s) in servicing a book of business. This includes new and renewal placements. This is a customer centered, fast paced position requiring excellent communication and time management skills.

What You Can Expect On Any Given Day:
- Handling incoming service requests from customers and carriers.
- Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carriers, and underwriters.
- Managing new and renewal insurance which includes negotiating with carriers, preparing presentation and proposal materials, collecting customer information and ordering insurance policies from carriers.
- Determining acceptability and placement of coverage, providing customers with insurance coverage recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
- Update customer information, keep CRM updated, ensure account data is accurately captured.
- Engaging in sales activities: cross-sell, upsell
- Delivering effective and efficient Customer Service excellence.
- Ensuring quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance.
- Maintaining confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team
