Seeking individual with Customer Service experience for the position of insurance CSR. Our main focus is on personal lines property and casualty with some commercial.
Requirements:
-Ability to learn industry- related computer platforms and programs
-Must hold a Property and Casualty insurance license
-Excel in problem solving
-Eager to continuously learn the insurance industry
Responsibilities:
-Quote and bind insurance policies
-Respond to all customer inquiries in a prompt, accurate, professional manner
-Establish and maintain client relationships as needed
-Provide insurance services that include but are not limited to: availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes and billing

Pay: From $40,038.00 per year
