Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Fluent in Spanish (bilingual) to assist Spanish-speaking customers - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Experience in sales or upselling is a plus - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
