Insurance Assistant

Duties:

- Assisting claims representatives in processing and managing insurance claims
- Review and analyze supporting documentation
- Assist with the preparation of claim reports and documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized claim files
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to the claims department as needed

Qualifications:

-Must be enrolled in a two-year or four-year degree program
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping (Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High degree of motivation and team orientation

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
