Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Data entry, assigning & receiving task work
- Contacting & processing client documents, payments, endorsements, etc
- Onboarding new clients: Sending welcome emails, thank you cards, processing sales team commissions, etc
Communication/Service:
Assist with answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative/service role is required. Insurance agency experience is a plus but not required.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to learn and operate State Farm software with speed & accuracy.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
